Twenty years selling real estate. Fifteen years as a State-Certified Residential Appraiser. The dual credential means every listing is priced with the same methodology a bank uses to underwrite a mortgage. No guesswork. No inflated promises to win a listing.
Jeffrey grew up in Franklin Lakes and built his business legacy in Rutherford, starting a mortgage brokerage there in 1985, a restaurant in East Rutherford in 1989, and serving as President of the Rutherford Chamber of Commerce in 1995. He brought that operating discipline to real estate in 2007 and has been a State-Certified Residential Appraiser since 2010.
